Are you pregnant, parenting a 0-3 yr old, or trying to adopt or conceive?
Becoming parents is a new beginning, that can be both beautiful and hard. An often overlooked key to successfully managing the transition is to keep your relationship strong.
This 5-week course is designed for expecting or new parents that are looking to nurture their relationship, as they learn to nurture a whole new human. You’ll come together in a small group to learn, get support, and spend some nourishing time with your partner (great for weekly date nights!).
Bring a picnic dinner (I’ll provide the drinks and dessert) and enjoy couple’s time while:
- Strengthening your friendship, communication, conflict resolution skills, & intimacy!
- Learning about child development, co- parenting, & how to navigate the postpartum transition!
When: Mondays (Oct. 6, 13, 20, 27 & Nov. 3); 5:00-7:30p
